  • What is Continuum Healthcare Network Healthcare Resources and Telemedicine prescription refill policy?
  • Our doctors are able to prescribe up to a 90-day prescription for any previously prescribed medications. They use their medical judgment to determine whether to prescribe and the duration. They will have the prescription sent to the pharmacy of your choice or you can choice to list of our pharmacy partners and they will deliver medication to your homes.
Gabapentin Policy: We require you to send in a form of ID. Our Continuum Healthcare Network Telemedicine doctors can prescribe you a 30-day supply every six months.
