INSURANCES AND TYPES OF PAYMENTS

Continuum Healthcare Network providers participate in Medicare, most commercial insurance plans and accepts some Medicaid and workers compensation insurance. We also offer discounted rates for uninsured patients who pay their charges in full at the time of service. We always verify your insurance coverage prior to your appointment so there are no surprises, and we work diligently with your insurance plan to authorize any medically necessary tests and treatments. If you are responsible for a copayment, coinsurance, and/or a deductible, this will be collected at the time of service. Appointment 1-2
0.5 – 1 Hours
Schedule are in the increment of 15mins, 30 mins and 1 hr. Monday – Friday ( 7am – 7pm ) Saturday (8AM-5PM ) Sunday (9AM-3PM)For assistance please call us at 240-650-7250.
Appointment 3
1 – 3 Hours
Schedule are in the increment of 1 hr, 2 hrs and 3 hrs. Depeding on the procedure.This are for clinic site procedure. By Appointment and physicians referral to their clinic. Please call us at 240-650-7250.
